This second consecutive report sums up the barriers received between April 2016 and March 2017, based on which the portal moderators, Miloš Vuković and Milika Mirković came up with a set of recommendations for the relevant institutions.The ultimate goal of the project is for the Government, local self-governments and other competent institutions to take specific steps to, where possible, address the deficiencies observed in regulations and in administrative procedures.
